Usage
Firstly, use the 45 degree angle position drill and then do vertical drilling. The drill speed per minute at 800 to 1400 rpm.<o:p>
You must add water for cooling during drilling.
Cautions!
After installed the core bits, you should do ideal drilling to check if there is bounce. Then does the normal drilling .It will reach the best performance.<o:p>
Access the hole smoothly, do not put any pressure on the side or do curving linear drilling.<o:p>
Efficient cooling and lubricating is needed during drilling, to reduce the wear and avoid the coat drop.
Dry drilling is prohibited. It will cause high temperature friction, and seriously affect the drilling performance.
The operator must wear safely protective equipment to ensure safe operating.
