Product Description

Carbide tipped woodruff cutters reduce the overall machining costs whenever production conditions are such that the higher initial costs are justified.

These cutters can cut 3 to 4 times faster than high speed steel cutters. Rigidity and proper feeds and speeds are essential to successful use of carbide tipped cutters.

Carbide tipped cutters are used to machine materials that are difficult or impossible to cut with high speed steel cutters.
These cutters are made with a general purpose grade of micro-grain carbide which has proven most satisfactory.

• Carbide-tipped tools feature cutting edges of carbide for wear resistance and a steel shank for toughness
